Length - 40'... N. of Creola, Swan Township. OH93 S. 0.9 miles from jct with OH56, W. on Woodgeard Rd. 0.1 miles to the bridge on the N. side of the road. Built by Diltz & Steele. Bypassed and closed to motor traffic in 1992. In August 1992, the county Engineer's office moved the bridge 20 feet north onto new concrete foundations. Eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. Restored in 2004. Truss Type - Covered Queenpost Through Truss.

Smith truss w/arches added in 1896, bypassed in 1963. A 1920s Polygonal Warren Rivetted Pony Truss added as an approach. Covered bridge was rebuilt 2014. Bridge was posted to the National Register of Historic Places on May 3, 1974. Open to through traffic. Truss Type - Covered Smith Through Truss with Arches.
