US36 S. 2.7 miles from jct with State St. in Milford Center, SE on Homer Rd. 1.9 miles, E. on OH161 1.8 miles, N. on Axe Handle Rd. 250' to the bridge. Built by Reuben Partridge. Bridge was named for Eliphas Bigelow a nearby resident. It was refurbished in 1990, including the addition of internal steel supports. It was repainted in July 2008. Eligible for the National Register of Historic Places on Truss Type - Covered Partridge Through Truss.
