Length - 125' ....NW of Newport. 0.7 miles N. of jct PA34 on PA849 W. then right ahead on SR1024 and 1 mile left on dead end road to the bridge. Built by Yohn & Ritter. To keep up with the more modern and heavier traffic, steel I-beams were erected in 1960. Posted to the National Register of Historic Places on August 25, 1980. Open to motor traffic. Truss Type - Covered Burr Arch Through Truss.
