PA118 SW 1.2 miles from jct with Cemetery Rd. in Lairdsville, S. on Dairy Farm Rd. 0.8 miles, SE on Covered Bridge Rd. 0.25 miles to the bridge. Also known as Frazier Covered Bridge. Rebuilt 2011, during the construction due to age and wear only approximately 30% of the original lumber was used. Posted to the National Register of Historic Places on July 24, 1980. Open to motor traffic. Truss Type - Covered Burr Arch Truss.
