The bridge was built by Peter Ent for a cost of $1,180.00. The bridge was named for Henry Hollingshead who owned a nearby mill. Bridge was rehabilitated in 1999. Posted to the National Register of Historic Places on November 29, 1979. Open to motor traffic. Truss Type - Covered Burr Arch Through Truss.
