BUILT - 1891

Length - 64' ... SW of Reamstown, East Cocalico Township. PA272 SW 0.5 mile from jct with Church St. in Reamstown, S. on Creek Ln. 0.05 miles, W. on Cocalico Creek Rd. 200' to bridge. Built by Elias Mc Mellen at a cost of $1167. A year later, in 1892 the worst flood in 50 years  swept the bridge downstream, severely damaging it. McMellen then rebuilt the bridge at a cost of $1025. Posted to the National Register of Historic Places on December 11, 1980. Open to through traffic. Truss Type - Covered Single Span, Double Burr Arch Truss with addition of steel hanger rods.
