Length - 87'.... S. of Catawissa, Cleveland Township. PA42 S. 2.6 miles from jct with PA487 in Catawissa, W. on McIntyre Rd. 0.2 miles, S. on Shakespeare Rd. 1.0 miles to the bridge. Built by Daniel Kostenbauder at a cost of $1, 248.00. The bridge was later named Davis after a Davis who lived on a nearby farm who began repairs on the bridge in the late 1800s. Bridge was rehabilitated in 1997. Posted on the National Register of Historic Places on November 29, 1979. Bridge open to motor traffic. Truss Type -Covered Burr Arch Through Truss.
