S. 1.0 miles from jct with PA23 in Valley Forge, W. on Yellow Springs Rd. 100 yds to the bridge. Built by Robert R ussell at a cost of $1179. Completely restored in the summer 1996. Restored 2016. Presently the bridge is temporarily closed due to damage caused by flood damage from the Tropical Storm Ida on 9/1/2021. Truss Type - Covered Double Burr Arch with added steel stringer rods.
