Length - 106' .... S. of Oquawka, Gladstone Township. IL164 S. 2.6 miles from jct with Schuyler St. in Oquawka to the park on the E. side of road, 0.1 miles to the bridge. Built by Jacob Allaman. This bridge was built to replace the original bridge (Jacks/Eames Covered Bridge) that was at this location. Restored 1984. Posted to the National Register of Historic Places on February 24, 1975. Closed to motor traffic. Truss Type - Covered Burr Arch Through Truss.
