Hamburg Rd. 3.1 miles,W. on Reynolds Industrial Park Rd.(SR-4012) .02 miles, SW on Kidd's Mill Rd. .01 miles to bridge. Closed to motor traffic. Built by Smith Bridge Company out of Toledo, Ohio. Bridge was bypassed in 1963. Rehabilitated in 1990. Kidd's Mill Covered Bridge is the easternmost and oldest of the remaining of the 20 remaining Smith trusses in the United States and is the only remaining Type 2 Smith Truss remaining.
