Length - 66.9'....NW of Lisbon, Salem Township. OH.St. Rt.-45 NW 2.4 miles from jct with US Rt-30 in Lisbon, W. on Eagleton Rd. 2.7 miles to bridge. Built/Designed by Jeremiah Mountz & David Reese. Named after U. Teegarden who owned land near the bridge. Also known as Centennial Bridge, it was built in 1876, 100 years after the signing of the United States Declaration of Independence. Bridge was in use in 1992 until being bypassed. Restored in 2003. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000. Closed to through traffic.
